Maricopa County Bar Association - The Maricopa County Bar Association (MCBA) serves its members, the legal profession, the judicial system, and the public. Founded in 1914 and based in Phoenix, the MCBA is the largest voluntary bar association in Arizona. Unlike the mandatory State Bar of Arizona membership for licensed attorneys, MCBA membership is voluntary. The MCBA offers continuing legal education (CLE) programs, social events, and charitable activities, providing opportunities for professional growth, networking, and public service to the county's diverse legal community. Its 15 sections and divisions, based on practice areas, offer members additional engagement and leadership opportunities.
