AAJ Applauds Bill to End Forced Arbitration for Race Discrimination

WASHINGTON, DC—American Association for Justice CEO Linda Lipsen released the following statement upon reintroduction of the Ending Forced Arbitration of Race Discrimination Act:

"Forced arbitration is a secretive and rigged system that too often allows race discrimination to continue relentlessly. This legislation would restore the rights of Americans to seek justice and public accountability when corporations and individuals engage in illegal discrimination. We thank Senator Cory Booker and Representatives Wesley Bell and Hank Johnson for their steadfast leadership on this issue and look forward to seeing this bill cross the finish line." ###  The  American Association for Justice  works to safeguard rights, promote fairness, and strengthen access to civil justice—even when it means taking on the most powerful corporations.  AAJ’s vision is justice for all.
