“Jurors are the Lynchpin of Our Justice System”: AAJ Statement on Attacks on the American Justice System
WASHINGTON, DC — The following is a statement from American Association for Justice President Sean Domnick in response to recent attacks on the American justice system:
"Respect for the rule of law and the independence of the judiciary are core principles of our democracy , justice system, and the U.S. Constitution. The everyday Americans who serve as jurors are the lynchpin of our justice system, and the law enforcement officers, judges, attorneys, and civil servants who work every day on behalf of the American people deserve our unwavering support. "

The American Association for Justice is a nonprofit association of lawyers who represent the interests of plaintiffs. The AAJ advocates for fair access to the civil court system.
