Statement on Pride

Washington, DC —  The following is a statement from American Association for Justice President Navan Ward Jr. on National Pride Month:

"AAJ supports all of its members who take on the causes and cases that will help our nation move forward in a way that ensures the rights and dignity of all individuals and families. In recognition of National Pride Month, AAJ commends the important contributions of our LGBTQ+ members. AAJ celebrates the strength of the LGBTQ+ community and their allies who have fought for just and equitable civil rights for all. Earlier this month, the AAJ LGBT Caucus Leadership issued a statement asking each of us use our voices as trial lawyers to defend civil rights and to donate to organizations focused on protecting the LGBTQ community."
