The Palm Beach County Justice Association is an organization of civil attorneys who represent plaintiffs in Florida's largest county. PBCJA was established in 1988 to provide civil lawyers with educational opportunities, and professional development, and to improve their legal practice.
The organization currently has more than 450 members, including many of the top trial lawyers in Palm Beach County.
PBCJA consists of Palm Beach County lawyers, medical malpractice lawyers, workers' compensation lawyers and other attorneys who represent plaintiffs in personal injury cases throughout Florida and other civil cases. In order to qualify for membership in PBCJA, an attorney must certify that he or she spends no more than 25 percent of his or her practice time representing insurance companies or their insured in civil litigation matters.
The Palm Beach County Justice Association also engages in charitable work. Their "Giving for Justice" committee identifies local charities and raises money for these organizations.
