Lawyer Legion Enhancements – Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to or using the Lawyer Legion Enhancements directory listing service (“Service”), you ("Customer," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). Your electronic acceptance of these terms during the checkout process constitutes your legally binding signature and agreement to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use or access the Service.

2. Subscription Plans and Fees

2.1. Available Plans

The Service is available through recurring subscription plans. The standard subscription option is Standard Monthly Plan for $9 per month.

Current pricing is displayed on our website and during the checkout process.

If you use a valid discount code, the total charge will be reduced accordingly. The exact price you will pay (the “Subscription Fee”) will always be displayed before you complete your purchase.

2.2. Payment Authorization

By completing your subscription purchase, you explicitly authorize and agree to the following:

You authorize Lawyer Legion and its designated payment processor (Stripe, Inc.) to automatically charge your provided payment method the applicable monthly subscription fee approximately every 30 daysfrom the date of your initial subscription purchase, until you cancel your subscription.

You understand and agree that:

• Billing cycles may vary slightly due to calendar days in each month or processing times
• Your payment method will be charged automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date
• You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information on file
• This authorization remains in effect until you cancel your subscription or we terminate your account

2.3. Payment Processing and Documentation

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc., our third-party payment processor. By subscribing:

• You authorize Stripe to process your payment information
• You acknowledge that Stripe maintains records of your payment authorization, subscription agreement, and transaction history
• These records serve as documentation of your acceptance of these terms and your agreement to recurring billing
• In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback filed with your credit card company, Lawyer Legion and Stripe may present this agreement, your electronic acceptance, payment authorization records, and transaction history as evidence of your valid subscription and billing authorization

3. Renewal, Cancellation, and Refunds

3.1. Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (approximately 30 days for monthly subscriptions) unless canceled before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current Subscription Fee unless a valid discount or promotional rate applies.

3.2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or by contacting our support team. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access to the Service until that time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

3.3. Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable, and no prorated refunds or credits will be issued for partial periods of use or mid-cycle cancellations. By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

4. Modifications to the Service and Pricing

Lawyer Legion reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also change pricing or plan options in the future. Any pricing changes will apply at the start of the next billing cycle and will be communicated to you in advance via email at least 30 days prior to the change taking effect. Previously paid fees will not be affected.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate and current payment information
• Not initiate chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith
• Not share, resell, or transfer your access credentials or use the Service in a way that harms the platform or other users
• Notify us immediately if you believe there is an unauthorized charge

6. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have any concerns about a charge, you agree to contact Lawyer Legion directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your credit card company. We commit to working with you to resolve any billing concerns.

By subscribing, you acknowledge that:

• Initiating unwarranted chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account
• Lawyer Legion and Stripe maintain comprehensive documentation of your subscription agreement, including your electronic acceptance of these terms, payment authorization, and transaction history
• This documentation may be provided to your credit card company or bank in response to any dispute you initiate
• You may be held responsible for any costs, fees, or damages incurred by Lawyer Legion as a result of frivolous or bad-faith chargebacks

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lawyer Legion and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Lawyer Legion reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms including, but not limited to, initiating fraudulent chargebacks, or misuse the platform.

9. Electronic Communications and Signatures

You agree that your electronic acceptance of these Terms during the subscription checkout process constitutes your legally binding signature. You consent to receiving agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications electronically, including via email. Electronic records of your subscription and these Terms will be maintained and will constitute valid proof of your agreement.
