The York County Bar Association (YCBA) sponsors a Lawyer Referral Service (LRS). The service helps individuals and businesses find a qualified attorney. The YCBA LRS has been certified by the American Bar Association for meeting their standards for such services.

When you call the service you will be matched with a qualified attorney who has been screened in advance for his or her experience and willingness to accept referrals in the needed area of the law. In most cases, you must pay a nominal fee for the initial consultation.

After you receive the referral you are free to contact the attorney for a 30 minute consultation for no additional charge.
