To receive the referral, simply fill out the online form and choose the appropriate subject matter category. For most practice areas, you must pay a $40.00 referral fee.

After you pay the fee you will receive the name and contact information of the attorney. Then you can call the attorney to schedule the phone or office consultation for up to 30 minutes at no additional charge.
