Customer Support Coordinator - Lawyer Legion
Details:
- Location: Houston, TX (Galleria area)
- Status: Currently scheduling interviews
Duties:
- Act as primary point of contact for clients and vendors
- Establish a trusting relationship with key members of client law firms
- Respond to client inquiries regarding progress updates and technical questions in a timely manner
- Coordinate with content and design teams to resolve client concerns
- Develop strategies to increase client loyalty
- Efficiently manage both short-term and long-term expectations of clients
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of each client's business (key issues, competitive situations and industry trends)
- Manage communications with production teams and clients, ensuring clarity about accountabilities and deadlines
- Create and present periodic progress reports for internal/external use
Minimum Requirements:
- 1-3 years of customer service related experience
- Must be located in/near Houston, TX
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong client management, organizational, written and communication skills
- Detail oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Natural leadership abilities - knows when to take charge and when to delegate
- Experience in online marketing, digital media, or sales is a plus
- Google Analytics and/or Google Adwords Certifications a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Starting Rate: $16.00/hour, full time, includes full benefits package: PTO, 401K, and Health Insurance
