Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys

The Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys (AAARA) includes both the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys (“AAAA”) and its subsidiary academy, The American Academy of Assisted Reproductive Technology Attorneys (“AAARTA”). The organization retains its well-known acronym “AAAA.”

The Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys (AAAA) is a credentialed organization that focuses on the ethical practice of adoption and assisted reproduction law. AAAA advocates for laws that protect the best interests of children, the legal status of families formed through adoption and assisted reproduction, and the rights of all interested parties.

AAAA includes 470 attorneys, law professors, and judges who are recognized as Fellows. The AAAA Fellows focus on the practice of adoption law, ART law, or both. AAAA provides top-notch continuing legal education (CLE) seminars to help members stay up-to-date on current laws and medical advances.

The 2020 Annual AAAA Conference, "In a New York State of Mind: Exploring Adoption and ART in the Big Apple" is scheduled for Sunday, April 26, 2020, through Tuesday, April 28, 2020.
