At Lawyer Legion, we understand the important role of organizations for criminal defense lawyer in Delaware.
These organizations give attorneys a more unified voice before the state legislature and the judiciary. The organizations also help support, train and educate the criminal defense bar to insure ethical and intelligent representation by its members.
Referrals are an important part of any criminal defense or DUI practice. These types of organizations help attorneys connect with each other and provide networking opportunities, especially for younger attorneys.
Attorneys focused on criminal defense and DUI defense might also become a member for the "Criminal Defense Law" section of the Delaware State Bar Association located in Wilmington, DE.
