Pennsylvania Association for Justice

The Pennsylvania Association for Justice is a leading organization for preserving tort reform and developing a revolutionary approach to workers comp insurance litigation. PAJustice aggressively protects the rights of citizens and provides members with resources to improve their practice.

Members in this trust organization include more than 2,000 plaintiffs attorneys in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Founded in 1968, the Pennsylvania Association for Justice (PAJ), formerly the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, promotes a fair and effective justice system in Pennsylvania even when taking on the most powerful interests.

The organization helps trial attorneys better represent their wronged clients within the civil justice system by fostering public awareness on the role of the trial attorney in the administration of justice. The organization protects a citizen's 7th Amendment right to trial by jury.

Many of the top personal injury attorneys in Pennsylvania belong to this trusted organization.
