AILA Presents Caitlin Dickson with the 2024 Media Leadership Award

WASHINGTON, DC - The American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) recognizes Caitlin Dickson of Yahoo News with the 2024 Media Leadership Award, given to individuals whose efforts in the media most accurately depict immigration and immigrants.

Caitlin Dickson is a reporter and editor at Yahoo News, covering domestic extremism, immigration, and breaking news. Before joining Yahoo News in 2014, Ms. Dickson covered national news and politics at The Daily Beast.

Her work has appeared in Newsweek, The New Republic, and The Atlantic Wire, and she’s been featured on CNN, MSNBC, Fusion, and SiriusXM Radio.

Ms. Dickson graduated from the University of Iowa in 2010.
