American College of Coverage Counsel (ACCC)

Established in 2012, the American College of Coverage Counsel (ACCC) supports U.S. and Canadian lawyers who represent the interests of insurers and policyholders. The mission of the organization is to:

provide peer-reviewed scholarship for insurance law topics;
enhance the civility and quality of the practice of insurance law; and
advance the adjudication of insurance coverage and extracontractual disputes.

Members of ACCC tend to concentrate their practice in the fields of insurance coverage, bad faith claims and/or extracontractual claims.
