Lawyer Referrals Service for Northern San Diego

The Northern San Diego County Bar Association sponsors a non-profit Lawyer Referral Service ("LRS"). For more than 23 years this community based service has been providing referrals to local attorneys that practice in Northern San Diego County.

Each year the LRS foro Northern San Diego handles more than 10,000 inquiries.

Those attorneys focus on one or more of 17 different areas of the law including personal injury, criminal defense, DUI defense, bankruptcy, immigration, and business law. Each attorney in the LRS is licensed, carries malpractice insurance, and is in good standing with the State Bar of California.

The Lawyer Referral Service offered by the Northern San Diego County Bar Association is certified by the State Bar of California (California State Bar Certification #0027) and meets standards set by the American Bar Association ("ABA").

Based on their experience in a particular practice area, attorneys join different panels. Any member of the State Bar of California who has been certified as a specialist in a particular field automatically qualifies for the program's comparable panel.
