Lawyer Referral Service in Glendale, CA
The Glendale Bar Association manages a Lawyer Referral Service serving Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, and Los Angeles, CA. The Lawyer Referral Service is a non-profit program certified by the State Bar of California.
When you call, the staff will talk with you about your legal problem to determine if you need an attorney. The staff will also determine the type of attorney needed for that practice area of the law.
The GBA also has an online attorney request form on its website. Attorneys on the panel are experienced in a wide variety of practice areas including criminal defense, family law, immigration, and bankruptcy.
After completing the form or contacting the office, the program will give you the contact information for the attorney. You then contact the attorney to schedule the 30 minute consultation.
In exchange for participating in the service, the attorney agrees to provide the consultation for a $35 consultation fee. Free consultations are provided for the following practice areas: Plaintiff Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Income (SSI) Appeals. Other practice areas include: Personal Injury, Criminal Defense, DUI Defense, Family Law Estate Planning, Probate Law, Real Estate, Business Bankruptcy, and Immigration Taxation.
