Montana Trial Lawyers Association

The Montana Trial Lawyers Association (MTLA) is a non-profit organization for attorneys in Montana who represent litigants to secure a just result for the injured, the accused, and those whose rights are jeopardized. Many of the top personal injury attorneys in Montana belong to the organization.

The MTLA serves its members by sponsoring the state’s premier continuing legal education (CLE) seminars on personal injury, medical malpractice and workers’ compensation topics. Today, MTLA has grown to nearly 500 attorneys in Montana.
