The DTLA serves as a professional organization both for personal injury attorneys in Delaware and for criminal defense attorneys in Delaware, unlike many trial lawyers organizations across the nation, which only serve civil lawyers. The organization also advocates on litigation and justice issues before the Delaware Legislature.
