AAML Florida Chapter

The Florida Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers has more than 75 Fellows that strive to provide the highest degree of excellence in the practice of family law in the State of Florida. Many of the preeminent family law practitioners in the State of Florida have become Fellows of the AAML.

Fellows in the Florida Chapter agree to practice under the Bounds of Advocacy as promulgated by the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and Florida's rules of professional conduct. The Bounds of Advocacy set the highest ethical and professional standards. It also provides guidance when dealing with moral and ethical issues involving children and family law litigation.

The AAML Florida Chapter and the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar co-present at the Marital and Family Law Review Course. The review course helps prepare attorneys to become board certified by the Florida Bar.

Many of the Fellows have earned board certification as a specialist from the Florida Board of Legal Specialization in Martial and Family Law or the National Board of Legal Specialty Certification in Family Law Trial Advocacy.
